hugh fletcher: I booked a double room with an option of a double bed chosen. Few days after booking I received this Residence Barueri Mr hugh will have an addition of R $ 20.00 per day. Team Residence Barueri, tanks I had to pay extra, only 2 guests get the double bed??? Too stop the argument I choose 2 single beds. The day before arrival they rejected my booking, it was posted back online at double the price. I am now without a room thanks to the most unprofessional and pathetic company I have dealt with, Residence Barueri. 100% honest feedback, they are only interested in money

Joao Cencio: Tive uma péssima experiência. Meu relógio sumiu após a limpeza do quarto. Paguei R$660,00 em 3 noite e tive o prejuízo de R$400,00 do relógio. A dona (Célia) não mostrou muito interesse em ajudar.
