Charles De Farias: I've been to Gloria many times and it's a very consistent hotel. It's a safe choice that I can always count on when I'm not sure. The staff is super professional. I've never had a negative experience, but off the top of my head I remember being treated well by Eduardo and I believe his name was Adrien. But know that Gloria is more motel than hotel. The beds are stiff and most rooms don't have much in the way of hotel room luxury. But food comes to your room, they have no qualms with your music and the jacuzzi room is great. I wish they would upgrade the beds and improve the wifi. It worked well enough but video conferencing was difficult to rely on. also I recommend asking for a room with a view to the street if you don't mind the noise and like the view like I did.

Carlos Conrad: The quality of the rooms are way too big, if you dont get the most expensive, you may get a room without the bathroom door or with telephone problems... even the air have some faults... But the luxury room is great!
