Lara Baines: The staff were very helpful, efficient and pleasant. The situational location was a little disturbing, though and we were not comfortable being out of the hotel itself. The room was adequate and comfortable. Should I have to complain at all it would be that the TV did not cater to English guests, the shower water was not hot enough for washing long hair and the bathroom was a tad cramped. Breakfasts were all one would need and we were grateful for the complementary breakfast on our early check in on arrival. All in all a positive experience.

Matheus Darós Pagani: Great breakfast! Very nice lobby and room. The service is very good in overall. The location seems to be quite dangerous at night, but it is near to many good places. A critical problem is that they refused to serve me dringing water, I would have to pay for it (except at the breakfast).

Catherine Pierce: Breakfast is average. Juices are very watery. Pineapple not ripe. Our room has a miniscule window opening on a tiny closed area giving no light at all. Beds are hard but you can sleep ok. Night stands are attached to the bed and with three in a row, we have difficulty using the plugs. We have to charge in the bathroom or unplug the fridge, not practical.

Luca Paolucci: i booked for 1 night and i didn't wanna stay longer so the hotel charged me for clean the towels(it is a scam) ...btw is not my fault if the area is not safe...internet is slow...the bed sheet are dirty and the bathroom door dosent exist .i suggest to book somewhere else
