August Invercargill: Botique Hotel with nice rooms. Had a night stay here at the hotel. The lobby was small but the front desk is friendly ang helpful. I was assisted to my room by herself. There's no bellman so you have to carry your bags. Elevator was small good for 2-3pax only. Room was clean. Bedding was comfy. I had a good sleep. AC is very cold which I liked. TV has no international shows on Brazilian local channels. Interney was fast. Comfort room and showers are separate. Hot and cold water is available. Amenities provided as well. Menu is available inside the room and food was delivered in my room. Food wasn't really exceptional but they are in great portions. Breakfast is at the top floor with nice city views and plenty to choose from. I love their lemon pie. Overall this place is good. Would recommend this hotel.

Stefan: Staff speaks good English and is friendly and helpful. Rooms are good, especially the bed. However, the airconditioning is a bit dated, barely effective and very loud. The toilet fan (which goes on together with the light) is loud enough to wake up anyone in the room, as is the sound of the flush. Potential guests need to consider location. It's close to the beach and some supermarkets but not near a lively area with lots of bars and restaurants. Would stay again though.

Vikramsen Kumar: I liked this prop.... We being seafarers came by midnight and the hospitality was good... Staff here made sure that we had food served and the staff are really humble. This hotel has free WiFi facility which is amazing as most of hotels will not provide. Rooms are clean and tidy and upon request they provide extra amenities as well. It's good they explain everything clearly what has to be done and transport timings etc.. Break fast was Good.Mr.Elionai was very humble in guiding things. And important Ms. Livia was very helpful as she speaks good English and also she helped us in communicating with the staff since we are from other country.
