Baris Koyuncu: The room was not cleaned at all, matter of fact, there were cigarettes on the floor and ash of the cigarettes spread all over the floor (and in the pool). The bathtub was also not cleaned with numerous hairs laying around in the bathtub. There were things floating around in the pool alongside the ashes of the cigarettes. After an hour of calling the worker at the reception, they offered us a compensation drink of 390ml. But we'd have to stay in the room that was not cleaned and was not going to get cleaned now. (the receptionist even admitted to us that the person to clean the pool, did not come to clean before our arrival). We did not agree with this ridiculous compensation, and asked to cancel our stay and get our money back. The receptionist answered they could give a partial refund (because we were there for more than an hour. Although this was us waiting on them to fix the problem that we were having). So we obviously declined because we wanted a full refund. After some more waiting we finally got a call that we'd get a full refund. We won't be coming back to this Motel due to poor Hygiene and bad service (Both TV's were also not turning on, and changing the volume of the music was also not possible).

Leonardo Lemos: Absolutely a disaster, I paid for the most expensive suite they have in the hotel , bathroom in the first floor was out of service, very inconvenient to go all the time on the second floor to use the bathroom. Wi-Fi didn’t work at all, Tv remote controls from both of them didn’t work, the receptionist was very attentive to help and changed twice the remotes and still none of them worked . The main door entrance didn’t lock, they sent me a Spare key for it that was tough to make it work too. Pool water had a weird smell so I didn’t even touch in the water and the last not the least tv channel didn’t work. Tv turn on and works only on one channel . Summarizing, how frustrating is it for you to arrive tired in the hotel and expecting enjoy the amenities that you paid extra to have in your room and you can not enjoy absolutely nothing. The night shift manager was kind enough to offer me a champagne free of charge for the bathroom inconvenience, but when I check out I told to the manager in the morning shift all the the situations happened and that I didn’t drink the champagne so it remained intact in the room , she gave me attitude and was rude . I definitely will never come back and would not recommend it to no one. Rip off!

Fábio Henrique Batistel (Lord Baderna): O atendimento começou confuso tanto por telefone quanto pelo whatsapp, com informações desencontradas e demoradas. Pegamos uma suíte hidro onde a hidro não funcionava e ficava com cheiro de queimado. Shampoos e condicionadores do banho não acionando sem poder usar, as pilhas dos controles da tv e do ar estavam fracas impossibilitando o uso adequado.

Matheus Marques: Boa experiência! Pelo custo absurdo eu esperava muito mais do quarto com hidro, apesar disso, o atendimento é bom e o restaurante serve ótimos pratos. Não consegui conectar meu celular ao som.
