Rick Cleansoul: I was there two times, the first the room was not too bad, the mattress was old and I had to find a position to sleep, on the second time, different room, the only good thing was the internet, the mattress was horrible, impossible to sleep, no right position, the sheets were brownish (originally white one), terrible room! Breakfast had nothing hot, even though I went early the bread was hard. Not a second experience one wants. Employers are ok, the house not so much. While they don't change the mattresses and sheets it can't have a second star.

Jami Karim: It is located at the centre of the city. 5 minutes walk to the metro station. Our room was on the 16th floor with absolutely no view. The room was nice and clean, and the bed was comfy. The staff at the reception desk weren't too friendly, except the porter Marcos.
The buffet breakfast was really good with a huge selection. The best way to get here from the airport is by Uber or metro.

Tyai Green: Whenever I come to Rio I stay at this hotel.The staff is amazing, and super accommodating! The front desk staff is the best!..I can't wait to return soon!!

Leonardo Silva: I had an awful experience in this hotel for several reasons. The worst of it all were the rooms. I’m attaching what they actually looked like and you can contrast with the pictures on their site. The mattress was old, smelly and very bad (check pictures), as were the sheets and towels. Besides, the hotel smelled like mold and naphthalene and I had to carry that smell everywhere with me while I was in Rio. It’s an awful place to be if you have allergies. Some front desk employees were rude. They give you only 1 card key for your bedroom (no extras allowed!) and you must leave it with them every time you leave. The front desk is always crowded, so it takes forever to get in or out. You hear everything for other rooms, including phones ringing and showers. The two elevators have a very loud bell when they arrive anywhere, so you hear them all day ( not only in your floor, but others too). It’s a “DING!” symphony in the early morning. The list goes on, and on, and on…
