Antonio Oliveira-dos-Santos: Horrible experience! Talking about a medieval castle, that is indeed the case... We stayed in a large suite whose carpets have not been clean since the 70’. We were treated to fungi in the walls and a water pipe leaking. And heating did not work... indoor camping, anybody?

George Fontenele: Excellent hotel, good room, good bed, delicious and full breakfast, the experience "castle" is very cool, I recommend staying in the annex because the castle part is full of carpets, bad for allergic persons. The hotel is a bit removed from the tourist center, hire a car. The castle experience features several original works of art including armor, paintings and books. 5/5.

Hadrian Bagration: A mixed experience: while the place is impressive and the attendants very kind and helpful, it's apparent the hotel is understaffed and heating too feeble to cope with cold temperatures, which can be a problem in larger rooms. Recommended for travelers who crave old style décor and lavish premises, as long as they can turn a blind eye on minor substandard features.
