DANIEL ROSA E SILVA: The worst experiencie I had in São Paulo, as detailed below:
1. Horrible checkin: my family and I (including a baby) had to wait 90 min at night during the checkin. The front desk couldn’t find the Booking Reservation number so we had to cancel our order and creat a new one from scratch.
2. No room cleaning: Despite we have requested the front desk to clean our room, nobody did anything. I have to kids and had to clean by myself.
3. The sensor of the light in the bath was not turning off automatically and no maintenance staff was available to fix the issue. Therefore, we faced a big challenge to sleep.
The hotel doesn’t worth the cost and we do not recommend to anybody.

Nicolas Sucich: Spectacular situated downtown, in the heat of it all reception staff are very slow everything takes a long time and the rooms are clean and fairly priced. You get what you pay for and I was happy with it all

Neelakantan G: A budget hotel with small room with even devoid of the essentials. We took for two guests. The beds are bunk beds. No cupboard, no water jug, not even glasses! Seems the cleaning is not happening daily.

Sînziana Boriceanu: First of all, the rooms are very dirty overall (walls, doors, floor, objects in general). The only really clean thing were the bedsheets and the towels. The rooms have bunk beds for 3 persons, but the space in general is very tight everywhere: in the room, in the shower, in the toilet room. Also, the price per room was not the same for all of us, even if we booked the same room type.
However, we appreciated that the security person in front of the hotel made us aware not to walk around with phones and in general to take care of our belongings outside.
