Great location, room was very nice. But, the pillows were really bad. I messaged them through Booking and they answered me 24 hours later. There was no telephone number to talk to them.

Location is great, near Paraíso metro. However, service is horrible. You need to fill out a form daily in order to get your room cleaned the following day; the laundry on site is self-service and you need to pay through an app that will steal your money; management is lackluster...

Forgot to mention that things like the pool is only available to the “residents”. Refused to give a refund after we checked out the 2nd day. There’s so many hotels in this area that I’d suggest you pick another one.
