Jacob Erlanger: I would highly recommend Rio World Connection Hostel. It is a beautiful, clean, spacious, and tranquil property with lovely views of the city and plenty of relaxing spacious to pass time. The staff are all incredibly warm and kind, and you can’t beat the cost elsewhere in Rio for an accommodation of the same quality. Only small downside is the walk up the hill, but it is worth it: Ubers are affordable or it is a nice workout ;) I’ll definitely be back.

Andrew O'Keeffe: I booked the hostel for 2 days after staying at 4 other hostels in Rio. I ended up staying 1 week. I enjoyed the views, the closeness to the bars in Lapa, some local attractions like the Stairs and the Arches. The area looks a bit sketchy outside the Metro and along the streets but I didn't get a bad experience from anybody. I enjoyed the free coffee and biscuits in the mornings, the views of the city, the swimming pool area and the crash out areas. I also enjoyed my chats with Marcos

Amelie: I stayed at Rio world connection hostel as a volunteer and had a great experience! The location of the hostel is amazing, close to Lapa and close to the metro station. The street is a little bit up the hill but the views of the hostel are definitely worth the climb. The other volunteers as well as the owner of the hostel are super friendly and I always felt very welcome. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for an authentic experience in Rio🥰

John Galbraith: Absolutely brilliant new hostel right in the centre of Rio. A short walk to the bars and restaurants of Lapa and very close to the city centre. There's a beautiful pool which overlooks the entire city and loads of communal spaces to hang out with others. The staff are so kind and welcoming and it really felt like home. Also, had the most beautiful view for my breakfast this morning which you will find hard to beat anywhere else in the city. Highly recommend for a few nights in the city centre exploring Rio :)

Liza Krylova: Such a beautiful, relaxing, and fun place to stay! There is an amazing view of the city and coast from the pool and lounge area. If you are hoping to socialize or share information with other guests, the host creates a fun and friendly atmosphere around the pool with music and drinks. The mansion has a beautiful historical construction. The location is perfect! Just a short walk to Gloria, Lapa/Centro, and the famous Arches.
