María Alejandra Páez Romero: It is a really budget hotel, the elevators don’t work, the breakfast is not good, there is not coffee for the guests. They forget to leave towels in the room. The only good thing is that it is close to the companies and there is not other option

Kajsa Larsdotter: It's a budget hotel and you get what you pay for. Very simple room with no extra. A bed, toilet, shower, sink, tv, desk, chair. There were clean towels and new soap.
Some things were broken or loose from the wall.
Breakfast was quite simple and too few seats to sit and eat. Sometimes there wasn't any coffee or hot water for tea.
The personnel was very nice and service minded but not many spoke any English.

Adalberto Gonçalves: It's a really unique experience. The service and the room were made for reducing costs, like the space the room and do not have breakfast included, but it did not mean poor quality. The fare is reasonable for the location, close to the shopping.

Sai Kumar: I had a very bad experience, and the reason is not because of the customer service team; they are very good.
The cost that was charged was too high(125 USD per night) and the room is too small, very congested. This was my first time in brazil and within a few minutes I entered room, someone started opening my room. This scared the daylights of me. I had to call my friend and he sent the porter and they said someone by mistake had tried their key. Hmm.
Later next Day, I had to stand in a huge Queue for breakfast and it has very limited options.

Luis Rey: The hotel is not for foreigners. The staff only speak Portuguese. The menu at the restaurant is only in Portuguese. They should have at least an English menu at the restaurant.
The wifi signal is terrible. The wifi signal always was weak. I could not work on my laptop.
The smell in the area is awful. There is a garbage smell outside the hotel.
